The Teacher Institute of Lower Westchester (formerly BEPT) is offering a great, new summer workshop for high school seniors taught by certified high school English teachers.

This course is intended to provide students with a writing workshop space to begin selecting, refining and structuring the personal narratives that so many colleges require for the admissions process. The Common Application will set the stage for the type of questions each student can explore. We will provide students with a “jump start” on the process that weighs so many down during the Fall semester of senior year.

Pelham Middle School
Wednesdays: July 7, 14, 21 – 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM
Mondays: July 12, 19 – 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM

Eastchester High School
Tuesdays: July 6, 13, 20 – 5:15 – 7:00 PM
Thursdays: July 15, 22 - 5:15 – 7:00 PM

(Schedule allows time for writing, conferring and editing)

Cost: $175.00 for 10 hours of instruction. Please bring a flash drive to class. All other materials will be provided.
