The Teacher Institute of Lower Westchester (formerly B.E.P.T. Teacher Center) is an educational consortium serving the districts of Eastchester, Pelham and Tuckahoe. The purpose of The Teacher Institute of Lower Westchester is to educate our teachers and inspire ongoing professional and personal growth for the benefit of students. Our ultimate goal is to prepare our children to be critical thinkers and productive members of society.

No federal, state, or local monies are used to fund the courses offered.

WELCOME BACK!
We hope you have all had a restful and refreshing summer? It has been a very busy summer at the Teacher Center. We are happy to report that we have received State Education funding for the 2011-2012 school year! We look forward to working with all of you this year and hope you will check our course catalog, My Learning Plan, on our website for some great graduate and in-service courses.
